Castle Hill Lighthouse sits at the edge of Narragansett Bay on a rocky point in Newport, and if you've made the walk out there at the right time of day, you know what this feels like. The rocks stretch out in front of you, the white tower sits right at the water's edge, and the light does something completely different here than it does anywhere else on the New England coast.
This print was shot at sunset, the warm golden light catching the texture of the rocks in the foreground and the tower glowing quietly against a pale blue sky. It's one of those photographs that feels calm just looking at it.
Newport has one of the most devoted summer communities on the East Coast and Castle Hill is one of its most iconic spots. Whether you've been going every summer for years or you're still planning your first visit, this print brings that feeling home.
A natural fit for coastal living rooms, beach houses, and New England interiors of all kinds. Works beautifully as a standalone piece or as part of a Rhode Island or New England gallery wall.
